From time to time, I  may contact you about important changes or updates that may be relevant to projects undertaken for you or in relation to employment law changes.

Your data will be kept secure and never shared with any third parties, except for the following organisations (and any similar organisations we may subcontract services to in the future, at which point we will update this policy):

• Subcontractors to whom I delegate website or database programming and maintenance
• External service providers so that they can provide services such as HR, financial or administrative services in connection with the operation of my work;

Your data will be deleted from my records when it is no longer required (i.e. if the project doesn’t go ahead or is terminated) unless you have consented to receive future communications from us.
